After design begins, before production starts 50% refund

Please understand that this is a made-to-order item. Custom products cannot be resold and are non-returnable.


Wrong Item or Damaged Item

We carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if you receive a wrong item or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@bonchicly.com.

Return requirements:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date

  • Items and gifts must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer


Non-Refundable Situations

Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable. The following situations are not covered by our return policy:

  • Product damage caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals

  • Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled

  • Damage to items or gifts that are not the main product itself

  • Damage caused by a third party


Return Process

Returns will only be accepted if authorized by our customer service team.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at service@bonchicly.com to request authorization

  2. Once authorized, ship the return package to the designated address

  3. Provide all relevant tracking information

  4. Refunds will be issued once we receive the return package

Shipping method: Please return by post office or registered mail only.
Customs/taxes: Any taxes charged on the return are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility: All orders before design work starts are eligible for exchange (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, wrong style).
