At Sharecuby, each item is custom-made to your specifications. Because our products are made-to-order, our return and exchange policy reflects the unique nature of personalized goods.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
Before design work begins
If you need to cancel or modify your order due to a selection error (e.g., wrong size, color, or style), please contact us immediately at sharecuby@outlook.com.
A full refund will be issued as long as the design process has not yet started.
50% Refund
After design begins but before production starts
If you cancel your order after design work has commenced but before production has begun, you will receive a 50% refund to cover the design costs already incurred.
No Refund
Once production begins
Custom-made items cannot be resold. Therefore, once production has started, refunds are no longer available. We appreciate your understanding that made-to-order products are created especially for you.
Returns for Errors or Damages
We take great care in packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if an issue arises, we’re here to help.
1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sharecuby@outlook.com.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any gifts received with the order.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damage or Loss Caused by the Customer
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Damage caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals

Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance

Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled

Damage caused by the customer’s handling (e.g., drops, improper storage)

Damage to free gifts or promotional items that are not the main product

Damage or loss caused by a third party after delivery
Exchanges
If you selected the wrong size, color, or style, exchanges may be available only before design work begins. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
Once the design process has started, exchanges are no longer possible due to the custom-made nature of our products. Made-to-order items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
