Preorders

We provide an estimated shipping date for preorders, but cannot guarantee an exact date. Preorders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, everything will ship together when the pre-order becomes available.


Package Tracking

How to track your order: You can track your order using the Shop App or our Track My Order page.

Where does the package ship from? Our warehouse is based in China. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by a local carrier.


Lost Packages

Please note: We hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are responsible for delivery. Not all circumstances are under our control. You are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it.

  • Claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please email us with the information, and we will start an insurance claim for you


Customer Responsibility & Restrictions

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by negligent behaviors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Incorrect consignee name

In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at sharecuby@outlook.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.


Customs & Import Taxes

For most customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and EU, our parcels are small personal gifts and usually do not incur customs duties.

However, customs regulations vary by country and order value. In the rare case that your local customs office applies a fee, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges.

We always declare packages carefully to minimize the risk of additional charges, but we cannot guarantee tax-free delivery in all regions. If any charges apply, they must be paid by the customer — especially if you choose expedited shipping.

Important: Customers shall assume full liability for all shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Customs delays: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. If your tracking shows the package is held or pending inspection, we suggest contacting your local customs office for assistance.


Accidents (Damaged or Missing Items)

If any item or package is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubts about possible damage, you must do the following:

  1. Clearly state this on the receipt before signing for payment

  2. Contact us within two working days

  3. Save the damaged packing materials for inspection

  4. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
