- Eco-Friendly Resin: Our figures are made from safe, eco-friendly resin. However, they are fragile, so handle with care. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high heat, humidity, and organic solvents like alcohol.
- 3D Printing Characteristics: Minor imperfections such as layer lines, seam marks, or a slight packaging odor are normal and not considered grounds for return. These are inherent to 3D printing and add to the unique charm of each piece.
- Color Disclaimer: Due to technical limitations, there may be slight color differences between the design preview and the final product, especially with bright or neon colors. We strive for the highest color accuracy, but by ordering, you accept these potential variations.

- We'll freeze your story in a mystery box! Customized with your image, it includes a calendar marked with your special date (e.g., birthday DD/MM/YYYY). Packaged like retail blind boxes, it turns unboxing your 3D figure into a uniquely surprising experience.
- Additionally, we offer a gift box option at $9.90, size: 15×15×7 cm, with an elegant bow knot and decorative colored paper filling — perfect for gifting or enhancing the unboxing experience.
Design Guidelines
- Cartoon Style Only: Our designs are stylized and not 100% realistic, giving your figure a fun and unique look.
- No Metal Textures: While we can’t replicate real metal, we’ll match the colors as closely as possible to achieve the desired effect. ⚙️
- Structural Adjustments: For durability, parts like frames or glasses will be thickened to 1mm or more. If you have specific design requests, don’t hesitate to contact us!

- 50% Refund: If you cancel after design starts but before production begins.
- No Refund: Once production commences, as custom items cannot be resold.
